Jonathan Ray features Flagstone and Bruce in the Daily Telegraph
Daily Telegraph wine correspondent Jonathan Ray has a feature on South African wine in the context of the braai, inspired by the Wines of South Africa (WoSA) stand at this year’s London International Wine & Spirit Fair. The article features quotes from Bruce on how to tackle the art of pairing wine with the various phases of braai preparation, fire building, cooking and finally eating the flame-grilled fruits of your labour.
