The grapes for the rosé were picked mid February. Skin contact in the press for 12 hours to extract colour. The juice was fermented in tank at 14°C. After fermentation the wine was stabilized in bottle.
Tasting notes
The light pinkish colour around the edge of the glass progresses to a deep peachy blossom in the middle. A complexity of sweet and floral aromas on the nose coincides with those of pineapple, peaches, butterscotch, rose pedals and Turkish delight.
Serve
This dry rosé will superb with any seafood diah especially pink fleshed fish as Salmon. Great as a summer sun downer.
