Cellar Treatment

Crushed and destalked. Natural fermentation dry on the skins. After alcoholic and MLF a combination of American and French oak staves was used to give this wine it’s unique characteristics.

Tasting notes

Ripe, juicy red fruit with exciting vanilla and black pepper on the nose follows through for a perfect long finish of optimum fruit and beautifully integrated wood tannin.

Serve

Goes superbly with grilled steak or game.
